**What we’re looking for**:
**Why you’ll want to come to work**:

- Support the Sr. Product Manager in maintaining process documentation and communicating product enhancements to all end-users & managers
- Define requirements for specific features & discrete projects as outlined by the Sr. Product Manager
- Communicate product releases & fixes to multiple sales teams as they roll out.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve project roadblocks and come up with alternative solutions if needed
- Prioritize remediation of bugs and analyze key product metrics and user data to develop recommendations for further product development
- Lead and motivate the members of your product delivery team, and work with team leaders and members to improve our processes, efficiency, quality, and overall rate of delivery

**What you’ll bring to the team**:
**Must have**:

- 1-3 years’ experience working in product development, strategy, data analysis, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with the product development process; experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
- Experience wireframing, prototyping, and writing requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication, with strong comfort on virtual meetings and speaking to large groups in a remote environment
- Ability to work with and communicate with our internal Tech team, and able to understand and disseminate information appropriately to various team members
- Strong proficiency in SugarCRM
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Desire for learning & growth within a fast-paced environment
