Attending Spanish and Portuguese customers personally in order to receive or hand over repairs and handles ITCG repair flows and order processing (registration, invoicind, cost estimates, exchange offers, credit notes, etc)

- Pre check products at the receptions desk and informs customer upfront in order to ease adminsitration
- Collects customer and product data and puts it into the ITCG repair order management system
- Collects repaired products from technical workshop, issues invoices, performs exchanges and processes (admin part) cost estimates
- Manages spare parts stock, exchange products
- Supports Management with controlling tasks
- Informing customers and giving advise in order to increase customer satisfaction

**What we ask**:

- High level / native of Portuguese
- High level of English
- Interested in technical products
- Experience with data entry and knowledge of Microssoft Office
- Inmediate availability
