**Job Description**:
Our **Digital Builders Organization team (DBO)** is an internal SGS team that champions the integration of innovative IT solutions based on the distinct needs of SGS Business Units. This collaborative approach aims to streamline processes, enhance outcomes, and create substantial value for our clients. Our methodology involves agile practices, hybrid teams, rapid deployment, and strategic partnerships with external suppliers.

As a** Digital Programme Coordinator**, you will play an integral role in orchestrating, overseeing, and coordinating our digitalization journey, encompassing the entire spectrum from conceptualization to tangible value. You will play a pivotal part in shaping SGS's digital transformation journey, facilitating collaboration across teams and disciplines, and ensuring the realization of impactful digital solutions that resonate with our needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all digitalization initiatives align with the milestones outlined in our playbook. In this role, you will also take charge of the comprehensive reporting of our global digitalization program, maintaining a vigilant watch over the progress of our flagship digital projects and ensuring they are executed with the utmost quality.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:
**Ideation Coordination**:

- Capture and manage ideas using Service Now, ensuring their qualification and taking corrective measures as needed.
- Develop and sustain reporting mechanisms and queries to accurately portray the status of the digitalization pipeline, effectively identifying gaps and potential concerns.
- Understand approved opportunities, translating them into concise one-pagers for handover to the delivery team, both through online (SharePoint) and offline (PowerPoint) mediums.

**Value Realization Coordination**:

- Collaborate closely with the Value Realization Lead to produce High Level Business Cases and corresponding presentations.
- Work alongside the Value Realization Lead to craft Detailed Business Cases and corresponding presentation materials.
- Monitor the implementation and utilization of tools introduced to the business.
- Keep a vigilant track of the established value metrics in alignment with the Business Cases.
- Provide comprehensive reports on costs related to MVP (Minimum Viable Product) runs, including enhancements, license costs, and Azure usage.
- Furnish detailed insights into usage, costs, and the value generated through dedicated dashboards.

**Global Digitalization Program Reporting Support**:

- Supervise the advancement of digitalization program flagships, diligently compiling progress for the Digital Strategy dashboards encompassing functional and financial aspects.
- Identify and proactively address potential enhancements to the process of capturing and reporting digitalization initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **3+ years'** experience in coordinating international multi-stakeholder programs and projects, with a proven track record of initiating and driving impactful results.
- Profound understanding of **digital and innovation projects**, coupled with a sound grasp of lean innovation principles.
- Hold a degree in **Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field**, or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in **Service Now, Power BI, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office suite**.
- Technical acumen to engage with and gain credibility among SGS internal stakeholders.
- Possess superior **analytical skills** to comprehend and succinctly present digital opportunities.
- Exhibit the ability to efficiently manage **multiple projects and challenges**, transitioning seamlessly between them.
- Display creative thinking and a penchant for identifying and advocating novel opportunities.
- Outstanding communication skills, encompassing the ability to articulate complex ideas to colleagues and influence senior leadership.
- Collaborative mindset and exceptional teamwork skills for establishing strong relationships with peers and internal clients to facilitate business solution development.
- Experience in **multidisciplinary teams**, contributing to the success of collaborative endeavors.
- Proficiency in navigating a **lean/agile environment**, adapting methodologies to diverse contexts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English**, with proficiency in additional languages such as French and Spanish considered an asset.
