Do you have a passion for working on automation and building products with the latest innovation to be rolled out across the globe?
- ** **Outbound**: Collaborate with sales teams and customers - promoting existing products and identifying new product opportunities, including gathering product and solution requirements and interfacing with customers on short and long term strategic automation initiatives and roadmap discussions.
- **Inbound**: Analyze market trends to identify the mid and long term business opportunities. Perform competitive analyses. Develop the product requirements and roadmap execution plan working closely with engineering teams. Ownership of product/solution requirements documents and business commit on roadmaps, pricing analysis and market incentives. Interlock cross-functionally across sales, CX and engineering to synergize and streamline the development efforts and roadmaps. Drive products go-to-market and enable field and partner teams.

**Who You'll Work With**

You will be working with other product management leaders, engineering, sales,

customers and other cross functional businesses to drive a sustainably differentiated

portfolio for Cisco to build on market leadership and gain share in Routing and Automation.

**What You'll Do**

The role is highly strategic to drive the network automation portfolio, roadmap,

quarterly and long-range planning, forecasting, GTM, partnerships and insertion

strategies for the Service Provider Automation business. You will be the unifying force

behind product strategy and execution, combining feedback from sales, marketing,

development, architecture and customers to set the strategic vision and lead

the execution on innovation.

**Who You Are**

Ability to drive a portfolio roadmap and planning while working closely with Engineering,

sales, customers and other cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
- Minimum 10 years of Software Product Management experience from Roadmap Planning, Pricing, Forecasting, Long Range Planning, Product Execution
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in AI/ML technologies and network automation use cases/ principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills - comfortable in presenting to senior level customer and internal audiences.
- Strong people leadership and collaboration skills to influence peers and decision makers.
- Strong technology background with a passion for technology
- Knowledge of service provider operations, automation, and as-a-service business models.
- Capable of working in a dynamic, change-intensive environment, while delivering consistent operational results
- Driven to constantly improve the Automation experience for our customers.

U.S. employees have
**access** to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
