Noc Technician

**Description**:
As part of our international team of support, you will be responsible for handling Tier-1 requests, providing support to our customers around the world.

As **NOC Technician** we expect you to do:

- Monitoring our customer services and create tickets
- Answer/call our customers
- Handling our customer's requests
- Work always on a night shift rotation (including 2 weekends every month)
- Work 100% from Omniaccess office, located in ParcBit (Palma de Mallorca)

Our team provides telecommunications support 24x7x365 days to VIP customers.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum requirements**:

- Minimum B2 level of English.
- Familiarity with technology / technical knowledge
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, databases, software engineering, and wireless technologies.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Already located in Mallorca, Spain
