ProyectoAs an IT WAN Network Engineer, you will be integrated into Network as Service (NaaS) Team to support the services provided to our internal clients. You will be responsible and accountable for ensuring that NaaS’ Portfolio meets customer and business requirements.
The service delivery manager has overall accountability for defining the service, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements, and managing the service lifecycle - in conjunction with the others NaaS Teams.
Rol
- esign and participate in the development of a multi-tenancy service with Classical WAN Protocols technology.
- Participate in the integration of these service solutions in internal systems so that installation, provision and monitoring tasks can be carried out. It is required to know and design these integrations with the solutions offered by each manufacturer (commonly through API).
- Network integration with cloud service providers (mainly AWS & Microsoft Azure).
- Technical support in the escalation of incidents. Act as a key resource for troubleshooting any network-related issues that may arise. Proactively identify potential problems and improvements that can be made within LAN and WAN environments, especially MPLS + Internet technologies.
- Management and direct contact with suppliers, manufacturers and wholesalers.
- Work with vendors when necessary to provide effective incident resolution.

Requisitos3+ years’ experience as a network administrator in a Cisco-oriented WAN environment at multiple locations.
- Experience in protocol configuration (BGP & OSPF) and support for technologies:
MPLS / IP, VPN L2 / L3.
Excellent operational knowledge of the Cisco IOS & NXOS command line interface. CCNA certification is required. The CCNP/CCIE certification is an asset. Official certifications of some of the SDWAN manufacturers.
- Excellent operational knowledge.
- They stand out: Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, VMWare Velocloud.
- Designs and architectures in Cloud Service Providers (mainly AWS & Microsoft Azure)
- Design and development of automations for integrations through API. Shell scripting languages (Terraform), Python.
- Excellent operational knowledge of IP and associated layer 4 protocols.
- Advanced Knowledge of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Analytics Tools (PowerBI, QLIK, etc.)
- Strong English communication skills. Professional developments in Agile environments.
