**RRP BRAND & CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT MANAGER**

**Position purpose**:
The purpose of this position is to deliver the Brand and Consumer Engagement programs for RRP brands, setting the fundamentals to deliver a superior consumer brand experience.
You will deliver the required superior brand experience across all brand funnel (ie: acquisition mechanics, adoption journey) and across all available touchpoints (from product to offline activities) according to local regulation and brand strategy.
Collaboration with other teams will be paramount: RRP Team, Consumer & Trade Activation, Sales, GIP, Legal, HQ.

**What will you do - responsibilities**:

- Execute Brand and Consumer Engagement Platforms for Ploom, driving a consumer-centric approach across elements and tools that belong to the Ploom proposition (I.E.: packaging, portfolio, communication campaigns, events...)
- Act as brand guardian to ensure all projects are built toward the broader brand vision and ensure cohesive implementation of the strategy consistently.
- Together with Line Manager and Marketing Manager, establish KPIs for the Consumer Journey, coordinating and sharing analysis on a continuative basis, giving conclusions and recommendations for future improvements. Continuous monitoring of the market at all relevant levels including geographies and touchpoints. Constantly tracking competition & new market trends, as well as understanding of consumer dynamics
- Design quality input for the annual brand plan, optimizing the route-to-consumer and omnichannel approach (i.e. Campaigns, Events, Ambassador platform, Trade/HoReCa programs, etc.) based on consumer needs and competitive landscape.
- Build strong relationship and work in close partnership with internal stakeholders (Consumer & Trade Activation, Sales, PPO, Legal, HQ), securing an optimal resource allocation in line with defined budget and brand guidelines, constantly re-assessing allocation after careful evaluation of the main KPIs and ROI.
- Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

**Who are we looking for - requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics
- 3-5 years relevant experience in defining and building brand activation, marketing or trade marketing in Food, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Tobacco
- Excellent Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner, autonomous, have proven ability to manage complex projects
- Balanced skillset, between strategy and operational mindset
- Have proven ability to work within a fast paced evolving environment
