Tareas
**Gestión contable**:
- Soporte contable a las entidades internacionales: España, Italia y Polonia:
- Procesamiento de las facturas de las filiales españolas, asegurando su adecuada asignación analítica
- Validación de los informes de gastos de los empleados
- Soporte transversal: implementación de controles internos, internalización de nóminas, tareas administrativas
**Seguimiento bancario**:
- Realización de conciliaciones bancarias semanales
- Seguimiento de los pagos a proveedores y de los créditos a clientes
**Control de gestión / Reporting**:
- Reporting mensual - P&L por país y ejes analíticos
- Revisión del balance contable y de las posiciones de P&L, asegurando la exactitud y la exhaustividad
- Misiones ad hoc centradas en las necesidades de control de gestión
**Requisitos**:
- Español nativo e inglés (nível B2-C1) ( (El francés es un plus)
- Estás disponible a tiempo completo durante 5-6 meses y tienes un convenio con tu escuela
- Background en contabilidad / finanzas / gestión empresarial
- Riguroso/a y meticuloso/a
- Autónomo/a y organizado/a
- Habilidad y ganas para aprender rápido y adaptarse a nuevos retos
- Dominio de Excel
- La experiência con un software de contabilidad es un plus
