Debido a la expansión de nuestro proyecto buscamos un/a**:TEAM ASSISTANT en MIJAS**

**Funciones**:

- Dar seguimiento a la evolución del mercado e identificar oportunidades de negocio.
- Atención al cliente.
- Soporte al equipo comercial y al Director.
- Implementación de acciones de marketing.
- Actuar de enlace entre la Dirección y los distintos actores del proyecto.
- Analizar la viabilidad de proyectos.
- Apoyo al equipo de Consultores Inmobiliarios.
- Preparar y dar apoyo en las presentaciones a clientes.
- Propuesta de acciones para la mejora continua en los procesos y servicio al cliente.
- Asegurar el desarrollo operacional de la actividad de la empresa.
- Participación en las reuniones de equipo.

**Requisitos**:
**En Engel & Völkers cuando buscamos Team Assistant pensamos en**:

- ** Nível de inglés fluido. Idiomas como el Alemán será valorable en esta posición.**:

- Amplios conocimientos de informática (Office..), Redes Sociales, Photoshop.
- Capacidad organizativa.
- Conocimientos en Redes Sociales y en Marketing (gestión de web y redes sociales).
- Conocimiento de Photoshop u otras herramientas de contenido Digital.
- Capacidad de liderazgo.
- Habilidades comunicativas.
- Visión global y a largo plazo.
