- Responsible for Pricing & Bidding support and maintaining the business-related data held within the global systems in accordance with defined service level agreements.

**Descripción**
- Supporting Global Pricing and Bidding Manager with BARs, Price Lists and second level Off List Requests (OLR) and escalating as needed, including running consistency checks on costs provided to validate accuracy.
Responsible for the day-to-day quote requests and supporting of Global Sales Teams.
Support the Global Pricing and Bidding Manager and the wider team with any additional ad hoc requests as and when required.

**Responsabilidades principales**
- Pricing
- Support the sales team with quotations and Off List Requests (OLR) for pricing
- Preparation and post calculation of Bid Approval Requests (BAR), analysing the margin and costing assumptions (including the monitoring of the related volume discounts).
- Responsible for ensuring Trade Agreements are up to date and correctly completed for loading to ERP - for Wind multi-location agreements. To include amendments to “Trade agreements”, maintaining links to Price Lists which are BU specific, within CRM and updating as requested
- Take full ownership of global Balsa pricing updates, liaising with Sales and CS to ensure timely release of new
updates
- Be the lead in the process for annual Price List Reviews, to collate all data needed to create master lists.
Costing
- Run consistency checks on costs provided by the sites, before using them for pricing, margin calculation and costs modelling
- Work together with the relevant BU Controlling/Development if costs models are needed
- Responsible for maintaining/reviewing the consolidated Core cost models used in EMEA & Americas.
- Maintain Cost models for Prepreg to determine the standard costs for existing and new products.
- Review the current models and propose improvements to these to improve accuracy and turnaround time of Pricing requests.

**Competencias y experiência**
- Proven experience of working within a role involving processing a high volume of work whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy and in a similar position within a business with similar complexity.
Experience of CRM & ERP - Microsoft/Cloud based services, Dynamics 365 FO
MS Office/Excel
Project management
Business Administration or finance qualification is advantageous or proven experience of working with the pricing environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to multi task.
