We are looking for you

The Legal Department provides legal advice in relation to sales and service sales transactions. This includes preparation, negotiating and drafting the transactions documents as well as agreements with the different stakeholders to reach those established business goals. Other issues related to corporate entities are also taken care of by Legal Department, including corporate, procurement, contract management and litigation matters.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the VP and General Counsel of the Region, the key tasks are to provide support to the rest of the legal team for specific activities, under close supervision and guidance of another member of the team, for the following general matters:

- Preparation, negotiation, drafting and finalization of complex transactional documents that accurately reflect the commercial and legal decisions and comply with company guidelines and preferences in relation to EPCs, BoP, Turbine Sales Agreements, Service Agreements, invitation to tenders as well as other contractual deliverables under such projects, i.e. parent documentations, lenders' direct agreements, escrow agreements, NDAs, etc
- Provide continuous legal advice for issues arising after during execution phase, including to contract managers and liaise with external lawyers in case of litigation
- Ensure contractual positions are consistent with internal governance, foster compliance with applicable legislations, internal rules and group guidelines
- Ensure that the relevant corporate governance is timely and properly applied along the closing of each transaction
- Develop and implement good contracting practices, including, providing legal awareness training and creating templates and contract policies
- Proper and timely fulfill the archiving

In addition to the support activities described above, the resource should be primarily responsible for studying the main legal and regulatory updates and share it with the rest of the legal team.

**Qualifications**
- Last year of law degree career or recently graduated in law, preferably in Business Law
- Commercial mindset and be interested in learning further about commercial and technical issues
- Innovative, independent and passionate
- Computer literate (MS Office), specifically Power Point

**Competencies**
- Languages: English and Spanish, any other EU language is a plus,
- Strong ethical principles and compliance focus
- Appetite/strong interest for business related matters and ability to connect the legal dimension with value creation impact
- General curiosity for renewable energy, environment, sustainable solutions and their associated products
- High organizational skills
