**Main functions**:

- Support Basquevolt’s CEO with the agenda Management: Take charge of scheduling and managing appointments, trips, events ensuring optimal use of time for both managers and team members.
- Support with meetings: preparation of ppt and take notes during direction meetings for report delivery.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, creating a vibrant atmosphere for our diverse team.
- International Community Building: With half our team from different corners of the globe, you'll be the architect of afterwork activities to foster a sense of belonging.
- Visitor Reception: Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors, clients, and guests, managing their needs and inquiries efficiently.
- Manage Incoming Communications: Handle incoming calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Room Management: Oversee the scheduling and organization of meeting rooms, ensuring they are appropriately set up and equipped for various company activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum Three Years' Experience**: Proven track record in direction assistance and/or front desk recepcionist showcasing your ability to handle responsibilities efficiently.
- **High English Level**:English will be the main corporate language.
- **Document Management**: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and showcase experience with other management software.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Demonstrate a history of providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
- **Adaptability**: Showcase your ability to adapt to dynamic environments, efficiently managing multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Bring a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, addressing challenges with a positive and effective approach.
