Team Leader, Cease Desk.

**Location**:
Barcelona.

**Role purpose**

The Cease Desk Analyst Validates and processes the Cease Requests from the Customers **,**

**She/he would be responsible for meeting her/his objectives and KPI targets a**long with Customer Communication and Stakeholder Management.**

Contribute towards Innovation to optimize our processes.

Demonstrates initiative by taking on tasks/activities that benefits the customer, business or team.

**Key accountabilities**
- Process customer cease requests of the assigned countries.
- Process the Cease requests of Colt towards its suppliers (OLOs) for the assigned countries. Works closely with other delivery teams regarding On
- net and Offnet ceases.
- Ensure OLA, SLA and CPD targets are met on a daily basis.
- Interact with peer groups within Operations.
- Communicate and manage relationships with external and internal business customers.
- Process development and improvement.
- Demonstrate Colt values.
- Provide ideas / inputs related to system, process to improve overall delivery of service.
- Undertakes process gap analysis to find potential areas of improvement, enhancement and/or process re-engineering and implementing these improvements.
- Ensure the respective Cease Allocation / Pipeline is worked as per agreed SLA and no backlog situation is created.
- Ensure all assigned trainings are completed on time.
- Ensure there is no Revenue Leakage in form of OLO Leakage / Credit Note issued for the Processed / Validated orders.

**Skills & Experience
**Skills**:

- Advanced Level in European Language like German / French / Spanish etc is Mandatory for the role.
- Good knowledge of telecom products and services.
- Experience in Processing of Customer Requests.
- Customer Interaction / Co-ordination experience.
- Computer literate (Proficiency in Microsoft Office).
- Focussed on delivering with Quality.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to multiple deadlines.
- Good team player.
- Good time management skills.

- Collaborative team player.

**Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream.
- Fluent in English and EU Local Language German / French / Spanish etc.(written and spoken).

**Others**
- Be aware of colt information security, business continuity, quality and other ISO or equivalent policies/ industry standards and discharge duties against them as appropriate.
- Identify risks related to process and information security and treat/ mitigate the same as appropriate
