What you’ll do & Who you are

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team and help shape the technical direction of our product(s). As a Technical Lead, reporting to the our Cloud Engineering Manager, you will maintain a high technical bar, driving excellence, and promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration within your squad.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set and uphold the team's technical standards, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality guidelines.
- Define and promote the architecture and overall technical design of our product(s), aligning them with our goals and requirements.
- Lead by example, embodying our team values of vision, ownership, and accountability.
- Collaborate with other Technical Leads to discuss technical issues and make informed decisions.
- Resolve complex technical challenges and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Be a necessary liaison between the development team and partners, technical concepts and decisions.
- Mentor team members, promoting their professional development.
- Foster a culture of proactivity, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize technical debt and feature delivery, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
- Contribute to software development tasks alongside the team members.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in software development.
- Technical proficiency across multiple domains with an excellent understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Experience resolving complex technical issues and make important decisions.
- Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- You have experience as a leader, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and team development.
- Experience with code review processes and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Optional Requirements:

- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Previous experience mentoring roles.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
