International Non-ferrous Buyer

**Your role**
Manage and maximize the Company's profit by managing its portfolio of copper scrap suppliers and prospecting new markets offering new opportunities, under the direction of the Copper Purchaising Director.
**You will be responsaible for**:
- Reach agreements with suppliers in your portfolio maximizing the benefit for the Company (ambition to exceed the annual budget) both from an economic and financial point of view and reliability of supply to the foundries.
- Transfer the agreements reached with the suppliers to the different corresponding management areas for their correct implementation, as well as periodically monitor these agreements both in a cross-functional team and individualiy, ensuring compliance with the agreements and maintaining the footprint designed with each supplier.
- Get to know the foreign geographic markets (outside the IP) of copper scrap, maximizing the opportunities to meet the company's annual objectives and preparing it to meet new future challenges.
- Transfer the acquired market knowledge to the Company for the correct decisions-making with purchasses and for the preparation of the annual Marketing Plan.
- Establish commercial relations with the different suppliers and key a gents in foreign markets, achieving for La Farga a firm and sustainable market position over time.
**What do we look for?**
- English fully achieved and French, valuable German.
- Extensive experience in the commercial field (5 years).
- Negotiation with managers or company owners.
- Agility of action and decision, quick analysis, proactive, interpersonal, relations, strategic and tempered negotiation.
- Ability to communicate and adapt to different conversational profiles.
- Trust generator both internally and in the market.
- Total availability to travel outside the Iberian Peninsula.
