New Balance ofrece una beca remunerada de 12 meses de 35H/40H semanales para aquellos con el deseo de seguir una carrera en ventas, planificación de ventas, planificación de demanda, servicio al cliente, marketing, etc. El rol brindará apoyo al equipo de ventas de Iberia en general, y particularmente a la zona Noroeste en tareas diarias de oficina para garantizar que los pedidos estén a tiempo, que los materiales de venta estén listos para la campaña, y que las políticas y documentos de ventas estén actualizados mientras se monitoriza y brinda apoyo en las tareas del día a día. Se proporcionará capacitación y apoyo, y se adquirirá un amplio conocimiento de un departamento de ventas en una destacada marca de artículos deportivos.

**RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES**:

- Seguimiento e información sobre los servicios de pedidos de programación y reposición, notificación a los clientes sobre cancelaciones de productos y cambios en las fechas de entrega, listas de precios, códigos EAN, etc.
- Punto de contacto principal con el departamento de Administración en relación a: solicitud de toda la información necesaria para tramitar cambios en la entidad legal, nuevas aperturas, contratos comerciales, etc.
- Gestión de devoluciones e incidentes con el departamento de Devoluciones.
- Monitorización, control y envío de información a los clientes sobre las políticas de la empresa en relación a Marketplace, Embargos, etc.
- Seguimiento y análisis mensual de la base de clientes para proporcionar informes a los equipos de Ventas y Planificación de Ventas sobre modelos y tendencias clave.
- Seguimiento de las acciones de marketing en el Punto de Venta (PDV), escaparates, visual merchandising y cualquier otra solicitud proveniente de las áreas de retail y trade marketing.
- Brindar apoyo al equipo de ventas en la resolución de problemas de comunicación diarios con los clientes.

**REQUISITOS PARA EL ÉXITO**:

- Estar cursando o haber obtenido recientemente un título en una materia relevante, como Administración de Empresas, Administración y finanzas, Marketing y Comercial, etc.
- Excelente conocimiento de paquetes de MS Office.
- Capacidad organizativa y de enfoque al cliente, con el deseo de tener éxito con una marca de prestigio internacional.
- Automotivación, iniciativa y con habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Pasión por la cultura de zapatillas deportivas y/o running.
- Pensamiento creativo e innovador.
- Confianza para expresar ideas.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de networking.
- Jugador/a de equipo.
- Se valorará un buen nível de inglés.
