**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administration support to Aqua Aero Operations in Spain and Italy on different areas such as: administration, customer service, sales and logistics.
- Monitor sales orders.
- Responsible for providing accurate and timely quotes to customers.
- Check order confirmations for correct product, quantity, pricing, and delivery dates.
- Invoice customers and send proof of shipment.
- Managing the stock and ordering new product as needed.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Represent AQUA AERO at all times in an efficient and professional manner.
Frequent visit to our coating workshops, mainly in Spain, to improve the efficiency, decrease cost, lead times, assist in problem solving etc.
**Profile**:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory). Knowledge of Italian is a big plus.
- Excellence working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel).
- Good analytical skills.
- Effective communication with internal & external partners.
- Must be proactive and self-motivated.
- Multitasking and very strong organizational skills.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: Up to 2,000.00€ per month
Expected hours: 24 per week
Work Location: In person
