Noc/voip Engineer

As a NOC/VOIP Engineer in Enreach your responsibility will be to monitor and deliver support on our innovative voice platform. The platform is built in-house and is designed to be highly flexible and enriched with innovative features. Your ideas and technical knowledge will be an essential contribution to the ongoing development of the Voice platform as it is an important part of our business.

Tasks
- Responsible for managing and maintaining our voice platforms. This includes monitoring, backup, upgrades, installations, routine testing, and failover features
- Second-level support to handle complex issues and requests
- Analyzing problems and change requests
- Aid the further development of our virtual PBX platform and monitoring tools

**Requirements**:

- More than three years of experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of PBX’s and VOIP
- In-depth knowledge of the SIP protocol
- Experience with MySQL databases
- Experience with fault-finding and analyzing in a VOIP environment.
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Good command of English
- You have an enthusiastic and inquisitive nature. The ability to work independently, take responsibility, and be proactive

Besides the above, knowledge of the following is considered a plus:

- Experience in WebRTC
- Knowledge of VOIP open-source platforms (like Freeswitch, Asterisk , or Kamailio)
- Basic knowledge of networking (VLANs, routing, and switching)
