Maiwork captures organizational expertise, creates adaptive workflows, and runs them autonomously, seamlessly integrating with existing tools and breaking down departmental silos.

**The Role**:
We're seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of Maiwork. You'll be at the forefront of redefining how knowledge work is executed across industries, balancing technological innovation with user-centric design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the product strategy for Maiwork, aligning it with Maisa's vision and market demands
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI teams to develop and refine Maiwork's core features.
- Conduct deep user research to understand the complex needs of knowledge workers across various industries
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, focusing on features that maximize value for users and drive adoption
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to articulate Maiwork's unique value proposition and differentiate it in the market
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the platform and inform data-driven decisions
- Manage the product backlog, write detailed product requirements, and coordinate with engineering for timely delivery
- Stay abreast of AI and automation trends, identifying opportunities to keep Maiwork at the cutting edge

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching and scaling complex B2B and B2C2B SaaS products
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and integration system.
- Experience with products that integrate across multiple business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, project management tools)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with products involving natural language processing or knowledge management
- Understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and customer success processes
- Background in consulting or experience working with knowledge-intensive industries
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously
