Main Reservation/bookings Agent

**Purpose of the Position**: As a Bookings Agent, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth reservation operations and providing exceptional guest experiences. You will handle the entire reservation process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top-notch customer service. Your skills in hospitality operations and reservation management will help optimize rates, maximize revenue, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Handling Reservations**: Manage all aspects of the reservation process, including handling inquiries, processing bookings, modifying reservations, and managing cancellations. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry and reservation systems.
- **Customer Service**: Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with clients. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a personalized and memorable experience. Handle escalated situations with tact and diplomacy.
- **Upselling Services**: Identify opportunities to upsell services, amenities, and packages to enhance the client experience and maximize revenue. Use persuasive skills and knowledge of available offerings to promote additional services effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals. Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a hospitality environment with a focus on reservation administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and Google Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.

Pay: 1,200.00€ - 1,700.00€ per month
