- Your Tasks
- Develop and implement efficient supply chain processes tailored to the needs of the new factory in alignment with the main factory in Switzerland
- Collaborate with the S/4HANA project team to ensure seamless integration and compliance with the new system
- Create supply chain plans covering production scheduling, procurement and logistics
- Forecast demand and coordinate with production teams and main factory Stans to ensure seamless startup operations
- Identify and qualify suppliers for raw materials, components and indirect procurement needs as well as negotiate contracts, establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Design inbound and outbound logistics processes to optimize material flow and delivery efficiency in accordance with key processes in Stans

- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, Master degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain areas and proven experience in SAP or S/4HANA
- At least 3 years of experience in a team leadership position
- Proven experience in setting up and managing supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment
- Fluency in English (C1) and Spanish (C1) is required; German is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, cooperative and team-oriented working style
