- **ASO LEAD**. LA EMPRESA TIENE MILLONES DE DESCARGAS Y SU EQUIPO NO PARA DE CRECER. SI QUIERES FORMAR PARTE DEL CAMBIO, AYÚDALES A LLEGAR AL SIGUIENTE NIVELASO LEAD DEBERÁ SER CAPAZ DE DEFINIR Y EJECUTAR ESTRATEGIAS DE OPTIMIZACIÓN DE MÁS DE 200 APPS Y VIDEOJUEGOS, CON EL FIN DE ALCANZAR LOS OBJETIVOS MARCADOS POR LA COMPÑIA. ASÍ MISMO, DEBE ESTAR EN ESTRECHA COLABORACIÓN CON EL RESTO DE ÁREAS DE LA EMPRESA Y GESTIONAR UN EQUIPO DE ALTO RENDIMIENTO.

**Requisitos**:

- MÍNIMO 5 AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA REALIZANDO TRABAJOS DE ASO- HABER GESTIONADO AL MENOS DURANTE 2 AÑOS UN EQUIPO DE ASO DE MÁS DE 4 PERSONAS-
- GRADO O LICENCIATURA EN PERIODISMO, COMUNICACIÓN AUDIOVISUAL, MARKETING O ADE-
- TITULACIÓN DE MÁSTER EN SEO, ASO, MARKETING DIGITAL, ANÁLISIS DIGITAL O AFINES-
- HABILIDADES ANALÍTICAS Y PASIÓN POR LOS DATOS-
- NIVEL AVANZADO DE MICROSOFT EXCEL Y POWERPOINT-
- HABILIDADES DE AUTOGESTIÓN Y MULTITAREA-
- CAPACIDAD PARA TRABAJAR BAJO PRESIÓN CON PLAZOS CORTOS DE ENTREGA-
- ALTA CAPACIDAD DE COMUNICACIÓN Y TRABAJO EN EQUIPO-
- PROACTIVIDAD Y VOLUNTAD POR APRENDER-
- NIVEL DE INGLÉS ALTO- SE VALORARÁ CUALQUIER CONOCIMIENTO DE UN IDIOMA ADICIONAL AL INGLÉS

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- LIDERAZGO Y GESTIÓN DE LAS PERSONAS DEL EQUIPO PARA UN SEGUIMIENTO CORRECTO DE LA FORMACIÓN Y EL CRECIMIENTO DEL DEPARTAMENTO- ANÁLISIS Y DEFINICIÓN DE LA ESTRATEGIA GLOBAL DE ASO A APLICAR EN LOS PRODUCTOS DE LA COMPAÑÍA PARA AUMENTAR EL TRÁFICO ORGÁNICO DE TODAS LAS APLICACIONES EN LA TIENDA-
- ANÁLISIS DE LA COMPETENCIA Y DEL MERCADO PARA ENCONTRAR OPORTUNIDADES DE TRÁFICO ORGÁNICO PARA LA COMPAÑÍA-
- COORDINACIÓN CON LOS DEPARTAMENTOS DE USER ACQUISITION, PRODUCTO Y NEGOCIO PARA ESTRATEGIAS COMUNES DE CRECIMIENTO Y OPTIMIZACIÓN-
- ANÁLISIS Y DEFINICIÓN DE ESTRATEGIAS DE TEST A/B (ICONOS, PANTALLAS, DESCRIPCIONES, VÍDEOS ) PARA MEJORAR EL CR DE APLICACIONES Y JUEGOS- SEGUIMIENTO Y ANÁLISIS DE LAS PRINCIPALES MÉTRICAS QUE AFECTAN A LA VISIBILIDAD Y A LA CONVERSIÓN PARA LA REALIZACIÓN DE INFORMES PARA DIRECCIÓN PARA LA TOMA DE DECISIONES CONJUNTA
