**# What you'll do**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- HubSpot CRM Setup and Maintenance:

- Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our HubSpot CRM tailored to our B2B sales approach.
- Customize the HubSpot CRM to align with our sales processes, client segmentation, and lead management requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and security within the HubSpot CRM, and manage user access and permissions.
- Sales Engagement Software:

- Implement and manage sales engagement software within the HubSpot ecosystem to enhance team productivity and streamline outbound sales activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize workflows, cadences, and automated communication processes.
- Digital Assets Integration:
Establish seamless connections between the HubSpot CRM, sales engagement software, and other digital assets such as chatbots, website forms, databases, and virtual call systems.
- Ensure data flows seamlessly across systems, providing a unified view of prospect interactions and enabling efficient lead nurturing.
- Attribution Model Implementation:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to attribute lead generation efforts and measure the effectiveness of various campaigns and channels.
- Data Analysis and Insights:

- Analyze HubSpot CRM and sales engagement data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in sales and marketing operations.
- Provide actionable insights to the leadership team to enhance strategies and decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improving sales efficiency and effectiveness within the HubSpot ecosystem.
- Proactively recommend HubSpot enhancements, integrations, or tools that can enhance our outbound sales capabilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in CRM management and sales operations, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and sales engagement platforms within the HubSpot ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of outbound B2B sales strategies and lead management processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage complex data structures effectively.
- Results oriented and used to work in fast-growing businesses that require fast decision-making
- Fully fluent in English and used to work in an international and diverse environment.
