**Succeed as Project Management Office Coordinator at the largest IT Infrastructure Provider in the Nordic Region**
As PMO Coordinator you work directly with the Head of PMO to facilitate the inner workings of the project management office. This is a new position, which you will help define as you settle into it.

The job mainly involves administrative tasks such as updating manuals and other reference texts relating to the framework while also instructing in the use of them, facilitation of project resources, keeping track of project statuses, and providing project support where necessary.

The One AMS PMO Coordinator perform administrative tasks according to the instructions of their project managers and the PMO Manager and ensure smooth communication between all relevant parties. You will be working closely with PMO management and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication between the project teams and the global PMO.

**Tasks**
- Support the preparation of project plans
- Support the management of the project office
- Internal and external communication
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations
- Acting as stand-in for the project manager as well as the PMO Manager
- Prepare data and statuses and ensuring proper documentation of performance and progress
- Update data in PPM tool
- Assist in facilitating meetings in projects and do project coordination
- You will be given the opportunity to manage minor projects yourself
- Instruct in using standardized framework and documents
- Facilitate project resources management

- You have organizational understanding
