**Job Summary**: The role of a barman goes beyond the ability to pour a beer well or to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations. Barmans should maintain positive guest interactions in a friendly and efficient manner and ensure they have a great experience at the BAR or lounge.The role of a barman goes beyond the ability to pour a beer well or to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations. **What will I be doing?**
- To prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
- To be fully knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes.
- To be able to up sell each time with each customer.
- To provide high standard of quality and efficient / friendly service.
- To collect all general requisitions and food and beverage requisitions.
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly.
- To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.

**What are we looking for?**
- Between one and three years’ hands-on experience in hotels or high-end bars in a similar role.
- Individual must have excellent written, presentation, oral communications and interpersonal skills in English and other languages are highly valued.
- Individual must possess strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and influence others.
- Individual must be able to think creatively and strategically, have excellent judgment and be able to work in a changing environment.
