**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly update and maintain our WordPress websites, ensuring they remain user-friendly, visually appealing, and fully functional.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize landing pages that effectively communicate our brand message and drive conversion.
- Design visually appealing and compelling e-shots that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in WordPress administration, including experience with theme customization, plugin management, and website maintenance.
- Experience creating landing pages that are optimized for conversion and user experience.
- Design experience is preferable, with the ability to contribute to the visual aspects of the website, landing pages, and e-shots.
- Capability to utilize heatmapping tools and conduct user behavior analysis to optimize clickthrough rates.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant certifications would be a plus.
