**Your Responsibility**:
You will be a member of the Divisional Headquarters Finance Team supporting regional administration entity. That means that in details you will:

- Provide timely the month-end reporting and support on financial forecasts / budget.
- Prepare accounting entries for month-end close.
- Contribute to preparation of regulatory reporting through cooperation with Country Finance and Tax Teams.
- Ensure the compliance of data and processes with Lear internal control, reporting and accounting procedures.
- Work with internal and external auditors.
- Optimize the processes and tools and drive to continuous improvement.
- Provide the support to Europe FP&A Team as necessary.

**Key Requirements**
- University degree and at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling or audit.
- Experience in Big 4 is a significant plus.
- Accounting knowledge and experience in preparation of financial statements. Knowledge of USGAAP will be an asset.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficient analytical skills, ability to synthesize the data.
- Ability to work autonomously and on a self-initiative.
- Reliability in meeting the committed timetable.
