General

This company ha developed Projects successful in he sector renewable in Swiss, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Ha developed a briefcase of around of 300 MW in Projects photovoltaic, mostly in he area of Saragossa. This by Start the Construction of the first 22 MW. The Projects remaining of the briefcase will reach sequentially his state RTB and construction statistics.

Position Goals

The Site Manager will act as the owner's representative for the construction of the company's photovoltaic portfolio in Spain, Oversee construction, track the project budget, and keep the project on schedule, ensuring the quality of the construction and the administration of the contract and eventually will assume some responsibilities in he O&M of the Projects.

Responsibilities and functions

The different responsibilities as If you Manager HE summary to continuation:
1.Act as the Owner's representative by adding value to the construction of photovoltaic power plants that meet or exceed industry standards.

2.Ensure that the Contractor is working in accordance with health and safety regulations.

3.Represent Owner in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

4.Work to mitigate change orders and ensure that construction is carried out correctly and that

Owner's risk is minimized.

5.Make sure of that the contractors perform and provide the products planned in he contract.

6.Supervise the activities daily of construction in he place of the project, included the programming of the job and the delivery of equipment and materials

7.Review presentations, drawings and documents technical and reports during the phase of design of the project for avoid possible issues in the construction.

8.Review and comment the facilities of construction (is say, excavation of ditches, cabling, structures, panels photovoltaic) etc.)

9.Supervise the construction and inform about he progress of the job, he state of the budget and he state of the schedule of manner regular base to Projects and management corporate in verb form and of reports.

10.Manage documents contractual as requests of information and orders of change, preparing them for revision and approval of the management.

11.Review, interpret and provide comments about the documents of the contractor.

12.Review, verify and approve the bills of progress of the Contractor.

13.Review all the documents of engineering, put in service, warranty of quality and work/reports of control of quality made by he contractor. To coordinate he medium of engineering internal/external according to be necessary.

14.Work with he staff of operations of the Owner, he administrator of assets and he supplier of O&M for ease the visits of field and the revision of documents before of the substantial completion of the project and the date of operation commercial.

15.Travel according to be necessary between the locations of the place. know to the representative of the place of the Owner and to the Contractor, and solve problems/questions.

16.Manage the representation of the place of the Owner daily for keep record the activities of construction, issues,

and deliveries of material.

17.Review in detail the reports diaries of the representative of the place of the owner.

18.prioritize activities/inspections in he place for monitor/a the processes of control of quality of the contractor and quality.

19.Represent to the Owner and to coordinate visits to the place according to be necessary for investors, representatives of services public, etc

20.Provide a assessment initial of all the requests of pay of the Contractor for guarantee the precision in relationship with state real of construction of the project.

21.Assist in he budget and prosecution of requests of pay.

22.Represent to the Owner in discussions of contract/payment with he Contractor.

23.Toast support I lead talks of contracts of construction.

24.Write and review procedures, reports and Specifications for support he project.

25.Assist in new opportunities of Projects and carry out evaluations of the place of possible Projects photovoltaic.

26.To coordinate and lead to the consultants of the Owner according to be necessary.

**Requisitos**
Relations organizational

Reporting hierarchically to our department "Management of Assets South of Europe".

**Requirements**:
Education: Engineering degree. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering areas.

General computer skills. Great command of Excel, MS Word, MS Project, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Languages: High level of English and Spanish.

Competencies: Ability to plan, prioritize and deliver tasks on time. Willingness to assume responsibilities with commitment to performance.
