Capsules Product

**Position**:
He/She will work in a teams and projects allocated in different countries (Spain-France). This will happen starting, first, from the Team in CCT and then, step by step he/she will cooperate, also with Valence’s (FRA) Team.

**RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Help Capsule’s product vision delivering innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive.
- Analyse Customers’ requests and propose solutions.
- Conduct Product’s market research to identify user need for new products
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies to suggest.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes,
- Work closely with Capsule R&D and Engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products.
- Clearly communicate the vision and goals of existing and new products
- Participate to cross-functional teams in developing: product and design
- Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholders.
- Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements.
- Collaborate with Commercial areas team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product strategy forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
- Brings new products to market by analysing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in Coffee (specially) Capsule development/production
- Proven work experience in Ingredient (specially) Capsule development/production
- A bachelor’s Technical degree or master degree in a related field.
- Very strong capacity for adaptation, responsiveness and organization to respond to everyday situations
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful Coffee Capsule product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Budget management experience.
- Fluent English imperative (French is welcome)
