Position Overview:
As the Plant Manager for our Injection Molding Plant, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the facility. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in injection molding processes, a proven track record in plant management, and a focus on driving operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operational Leadership:

- Oversee all aspects of the injection molding plant, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
- Implement and optimize production processes to achieve operational efficiency and meet production targets.
- Lead a team of supervisors and operators to ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations.
- Quality Assurance:

- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any issues related to product quality.
- Safety and Compliance:

- Enforce and promote a strong safety culture within the plant.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Team Development:

- Recruit, train, and develop plant staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages employee engagement and continuous improvement.
- Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the plant budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall plant performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in injection molding technology.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in plant management, specifically in injection molding.
- In-depth knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment.
