Our materials, from digital to manipulative ones, facilitate the assessment and the personalization of learning in the 21st century classroom.

More than 210,000 students from 1,200 different schools use our teaching and learning materials every day and this revolution has only just begun... We need you to make it global

**Company situation**

Innovamat is a didactic proposal with:

- More than 1,200 schools working with us in Spain. Some others in Chile, Ecuador, Mexico and Italy.
- A gamified platform that allows individualized learning so each student can keep up with it
- More than 5000 resources that help improve maths learning
- A network of experts who train and advise teachers on the didactics of mathematics
- Many opportunities to have a direct impact on our educational system.

**Your mission ‍‍**

As our lead of Revenue Operations, you will be in charge of leading a team of 4 people to ensure the proper functioning of all the tools and processes in the revenue area so that each team can focus on its objectives. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, meeting generation, sales and customer success managers to enhance efficiency and improve data quality to make better decisions. In short, we are a data-driven organization and your role is key to driving us to success by building a scalable and repeatable sales machine.

**Day-to-day life at Innovamat**
- Manage quality and deadlines of current RevOps team projects and daily tasks by attending new requests, prioritizing and allocating them to RevOps team members.
- Supervision and evaluation of RevOps team members tasks and performance. Grow and develop them and manage their impact evaluation and growth.
- Take accountability of all Revenue software programs: CRM, Outbound Sales Platform, BI, Integration Platform, Marketing Automation Platform, Customer Service Software, etc.
- Design data flows across Marketing, Meeting generation, Sales & Customer Success teams. Managing end-to-end processes ensuring they are streamlined, designed, documented, understood, and followed in a way that minimizes bad or incomplete data.
- Optimize data infrastructure and processes and ensure the integrity of data that flows into our systems. Proactively identify problems and implement improvements to our GTM teams tools and systems.
- Drive strategy around achieving predictable revenue such as funnel management, forecasting and reporting; managing sales pipeline.
- Building integrations across our technology stack to service reporting and analytical requirements
- Help GTM teams to rapidly execute and iterate their strategies based on live data analysis.
- Build the foundations of scalable reporting through the development of error detection systems as well as process improvements to ensure hygienic data
- Provide operational data insights to Revenue leadership.
- Coordinate cross-cutting projects managed within the Operations department along with other Operations’ leads.

**Who are you**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in similar roles.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
- Proven experience using spreadsheets.
- 1+ years of experience in a RevOps environment is a nice-to-have.
- Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high growth attitude team player with the ability to enabling fast-changing initiatives.
- Passionate about our proposal, quick learner and an eager beaver willing to be in a challenging environment.
- Passionate about optimizing processes and time.
- Out of the box thinker and high level of self-initiative (self-motivated team player).
