Mcc Team Leader

We are hiring an MCC Team Leader who are used to interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth environment.
**What will you do**:
- Supervision and coordination of MCC shift main events, including AOG recovery, control of deferred defects, fault isolation and part requests, with decision-making in breakd n resolutions.
- Supervision of MCC Shift Handover Report and assurance of good coordination between shifts.
- Chair of the Production Meeting (daily meeting with planning and logistics to ensure good control and proper rectification process for main line maintenance events and deferred defects).
- Supervision of routinary MCC tasks (reporting, technical records review ).
- Direct management of non-routinary MCC tasks (RIE request, VOE Part 145 outstation assistance)
- MCC representative at Pre-Tactical Meeting (meeting to discuss and forecast highlights and potential risks during weekend operation)
- Implementation of new and corrected MCC procedures
- Issuance of MCC monthly roster and management of roster requirements
- Technical Delays review, acceptance and challenge
- Focal point of contact for third parties for critical maintenance events and other MTCE operation items
- Focal point of contact for other Volotea departments (technical and non-technical) for MTCE operation items
**What do you need**:
- Aeronautical Engineer Master/Bachelor Degree
- Ideally, previous experience in Airline operations department and high understanding of the aviation operational environment
- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems
- Quick learner, proactive, highly-organized individual with the ability to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team
- An analytical and process-focused mind
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Willing to work on 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Fluent English and Spanish compulsory, Italian and French will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of EASA Regulation (Part M, Part 145), EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety will be considered a plus.

**Salary**: 30,000.00€ - 34,000.00€ per year
