**Poste à pourvoir ASAP**
- **️ Déménagement des bureaux parisiens à Barcelone d'ici quelques mois, le poste sera donc basé là-bas (possibles débuts à Paris)
**QUEL SERA TON RÔLE ?**
- Sourcer et mettre en place de nouveaux canaux d’acquisition.
- Optimiser le marketing-mix en fonction des performances des canaux.
- Gestion d’un budget mensuel : définir le mix media et forecast par mois, ajuster si nécessaire, remettre en question les pondérations budgétaires si besoin.
- Animer les weeklys avec les différentes équipes : équipes locales des différents pays où Heetch est implantée, brand & design, et data afin de développer et affiner les stratégies chauffeurs et passagers.
- Test & Iterate : appliquer les best practices de l’industrie, innover sur les messages et les contenus, mettre en place des A/B tests.
- Optimiser et analyser le funnel de conversion de l’impression à l’activation, comprendre les freins et mettre en place des optimisations.

**EST-CE QUE TU TE RECONNAIS ?**
- Tu as entre 1 an et 3 ans d'expérience en tant que campaign manager, acquisition manager, traffic manager, growth marketing manager.
- Les plateformes de publicités n’ont pas de secret pour toi : Facebook ads, Google ads, Snapchat, Apple search ads
- Tu as une appétence pour les analyses des données et la création de reports.
- Tu es soucieux du détail. Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français et l’anglais.
- Tu es enthousiaste et aimes travailler en équipe dans un environnement start-up, en forte croissance, et dans environnement très concurrentiel
- Si tu as déjà mis les mains dans Hubspot, c’est un plus.
