**Location**: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**Salary**: RM 7500, plus KPI, shift allowance, medical benefits, visa, and accommodation.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and technical issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints, processing returns, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Document all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and response times.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Technical support experience is advantageous.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: 150,000.00€ - 250,000.00€ per month
