Job Description

Model Office POD Test Lead - Works with Client Model Office ( SIT) Manager to oversee all the projects within the assigned POD.

Model Office scheduled target dates.

Engaged with BRD and requirements on multiple projects.

Assist with MO ( SIT) project estimation.

**Assist individual assigned testers on**:
Guidelines on test plan creation process.

Guidelines on test execution process.

Guidelines on creating and testing defects process.

Oversee the process on test plans and test results reviewed prior delivery.

Help with training and onboarding.

Works with POD Project Managers on Model Office tasks.

Help resolve project conflicts with Model Office Manager and POD leaders.

Attends project status meetings (internal and external)

Help in any process improvements needed.

Will be working across multiple project phases of Life Insurance and Fixed/Variable products

**Required Skills**:
Good people skills; Multitasking; Solid communication skills.

Testing background; insurance service knowledge; project management skills.

Min 6-7 Years exp of Test Lead as leading QA projects.

**Nice to have**:
Business and operating system knowledge of NTT is a plus.
