**VIE ESG Risk Officer - Madrid, M/F**

**CONCRÈTEMENT VOTRE QUOTIDIEN ?**:
Au sein de l'équipe RISK ESG, la filière Risque Opérationnelle est responsable de l'intégration des facteurs ESG dans le dispositif de risque opérationnel à travers le Groupe. Elle s'assure qu'un dispositif solide est en place pour identifier, estimer, mesurer, piloter et reporter le risque opérationnel en lien avec des facteurs ESG à travers la banque.

Cette filière est impliquée dans la mise en place d'éléments liés à l'ESG en coordination avec les équipes responsables du risque opérationnel au niveau du Groupe et avec ceux qui assurent la supervision du risque opérationnel dans les pôles, métiers et fonctions, et de leur implémentation opérationnelle; cela se traduit en particulier dans les politiques et procédures, les taxonomies et les standards, les dispositifs de contrôle et les outils de gestion du risque opérationnel.

En raison de la transversalité de ces sujets, les tâches quotidiennes impliquent de nombreuses interactions avec des experts risques et/ou ESG à travers la banque, rendant le quotidien très diversifié.

**L'ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL, C'EST IMPORTANT **:
Les sujets Environnementaux, Sociaux et de Gouvernance (ESG) sont des domaines où les changements sont rapides, et ils façonnent de plus en plus la façon dont on régule, mesure et pilote une activité.

Du point de vue de la gestion des risques, les sujets ESG sont des facteurs de risques qui sont susceptibles d'impacter des risques existants, tels que le risque de crédit, le risque de marché ou les risques opérationnels.

Dans ce contexte, BNP Paribas a décidé de mettre en oeuvre des actions déterminantes pour renforcer les initiatives et les dispositifs de la banque dans ce domaine. C'est également ce qu'a fait la fonction RISK avec la création de l'équipe RISK ESG.

C'est une équie transversale qui soutient et pilote l'intégration des facteurs de risque ESG dans le dispositif de gestion du risque du Groupe.

L'équipe RISK ESG est composée de plus de vingt collaborateurs permanents à Paris, Madrid, Londres et Bruxelles. Le VIE sera basé à Madrid au sein de l'équipe RISK ESG locale (dix personnes, y compris des VIE) et travaillera au quotidien avec les autres localisations de l'équipe.

Tout en offrant une vision globale des sujets et des challenges liés à l'ESG, le poste de VIE sera une bonne opportunité pour comprendre comment l'ESG est intégré dans les activités d'une banque et en particulier comment ces sujets sont inclus dans les processus opérationnels et la gestion des risques.

**A vous de nous convaincre **

Oui, si vous êtes diplômé d’un Master 2 ou d’une école d’ingénieur ou de commerce avec une spécialisation en Finance sécurité de l’information. Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 6 mois minimum, stage et alternance inclus, dans le domaine de l’ESG. Vous avez une bonne connaissance des risques (anticipation et surveillance) et en développement durable et RSE.

Vous parlez couramment anglais et français et vous avez un niveau avancé en espagnol.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office. Vous disposez de bonnes compétences en gestion de projets.

De plus, votre esprit d’équipe et votre adaptabilité seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela votre capacité d’analyse et votre capacité à élaborer et à adapter un processus, et votre rigueur ainsi que votre capacité à développer les autres et leurs compétences pour finir de nous convaincre.
