In recent years, we have raised our travel capacity more than most competitors, increasing our number of aircraft, routes, destinations, employees, and markets. Our main markets are France, Italy, Spain, and Greece. We have 19 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, and Lyon in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece, and Hamburg in Germany.

We are hiring a** Cabin Crew Roster Planner** who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

Are you a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team?

**What you will do**:

- Planning and optimization of Volotea Cabin crew while complying with flight time limitations, company standards and costs
- Published roster maintenance of Volotea Cabin Crew while complying with flight time limitations, company standards and costs
- Scheduling training for Cabin crew according to annual planification
- Create and maintain training qualification, expiries, crew categories and contract status on AIMS database.
- Working in a team of Crew Planners and coordinate with other departments such as Training, HR, Chief Pilot Office, Cabin Team, etc

**What do you need**:

- Mandatory advanced English level, both written and spoken. (Test will be done during the recruitment process)
- Workforce Planning / Transport Planning / Travel knowledge is desirable
- Computer literate (MS Office) and any additional Microsoft or other professional IT background
- Excellent ability to organize, manage multiple tasks and prioritize, able to adapt to changes.
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, have initiative and be creative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
