Inpact Engineer

Primary responsibilities:

- Evaluate existing processes and propose improvements to increase

efficiency and product quality.
- Design and develop new processes, considering safety standards

and current regulations.
- Identify and resolve issues related to process performance, product

quality, and cost control.
- Perform data analysis and statistics to identify trends and areas for

improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production,

engineering, and quality, to implement process changes and

improvements.
- Participate in product development projects, providing technical

advice and ensuring the feasibility of the manufacturing process.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a

related field.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and improving industrial

processes.
- High-level bilingual English is a must.
- Residing in Bilbao (Spain) or nearby.
- Availability to travel abroad (35%-50% of your time).

Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean

Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

Ability to analyze data and use statistical analysis tools.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Results-oriented, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.
