As a Regional Facility Manager you’ll be responsible for the delivery and performance of facility management provision through external service providers and workplace experiences at location level in multiple European countries. This role is responsible for good quality service provision in line with agreed standards and SLA's, ensuring corrective actions and escalations when needed. In addition, the facility manager is responsible for managing projects such as small constructions, reinstatement work, internal moves and external relocations.

What you’ll do- Implementing and advising on FM strategy and policy together with the Real Estate team- Managing local alignment on FM services, optimizing space utilization, driving employee satisfaction with the workplaces, maintain FM data, initiate the installation of (our own) technologies, developing proactive relationships with all Signify business partners, managing agent, external suppliers, landlords, subtenants and peers in the industry. Ensures compliance with internal policies and programs, and external regulatory and legislative obligations to reduce risk, provide safe environments for our employees and comply with appropriate laws. Analyses and identifies opportunities for FM optimization, cost savings, operating plans and innovations.- Manage projects in the region including all stakeholders involved- Making sure that FM services are being provided according contractual agreement, ensuring high quality and compliant FM processes. You are the primary interface with FM service providers.- Providing input and/or creating financial business cases. You are responsible for data accuracy in our data system Planon. Creating and reviewing FM and Project PO's and managing projects related Capex budgets.

Your qualifications- Minimum 5 - 10 years of (corporate) experience, FM and project management in an international environment.- Minimum Bachelor level with a degree in a technical or real estate discipline- Has demonstrated skills in stakeholder management internally and externally- Familiar with managing outsourced facility service delivery- Can-do mentality in dynamic, challenging environment: skilled at prioritizing, multi-tasking, time management.- Working knowledge in managing site & project accounting & financials- Experienced in external vendor management (outsourced services environment)- Experienced in project management and change management- Extensive experience in delivering alternative workplace solutions ( remote management, virtual workforce and facilities operations)- Has driven projects & change through project teams in matrix environment, in remote management environments- Knowledge and understanding of key business needs, FM/RE market trends and supplier capabilities.What you’ll get in return
