Would you like to be a part of an ambitious and international organisation on the cutting edge of science? **Then this position might be right up your alley.**The EBMT is a non-profit medical and scientific organisation** **which hosts a unique patient registry** **providing a pool of data to perform studies and assess new trends.**

- Our mission- Save and improve the lives of patients with blood-related disorders.Your mission- Leads the management of the Inspectors (volunteers) and the training, development, and management of Inspector activity within JACIE.Responsibilities and Tasks- Support the Accreditation Process by working with the Accreditation Coordinators and matching the inspections with the best available inspectors in a timely manner taking into account the specific needs of any inspection process (e.g. number of areas/sites to be inspected, conflicts of interest, language requirements).
- Develop and lead the roll-out of a strategy to recruit and retain inspectors to meet the organisational needs.
- Develop and lead on training and development of both new and existing inspectors using different methodologies including virtual and face-to-face training; e-learning platforms, webinars, etc.
- Organise and coordinate, together with the EBMT events & the E-learning teams, the JACIE Inspector Training courses as agreed with the Director, Advocacy and Quality of Care.
- Provide administrative support to the JACIE Inspectors’ Committee working closely with the Chair of the Committee and supporting any projects/initiatives as required by the Committee.
- Manage inspection feedback (centres and the inspectors) and take proportionate action/escalating appropriately any issues as required.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Accreditation process as relevant to the Inspectors’ activities and JACIE’s strategic objectives.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent written and oral communication skills in English to at least B2 level**:

- University studies (Psychology, Law, BA)
- ** 1-2 years experience in human resources management**:

- ** Experience in recruiting**:

- Experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with people in a multicultural / multilingual environment. Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Team player. Initiative. Analytical and strategic thinking. Focus on customers´ (internal & external) needs. Professional manners.
- Willingness to travel to national and international venues to participate in and facilitate meetings.

- Knowledge of medicine or life sciences
- Knowledge of Spanish

- Salary**:31.292 - 35.347 gross/year (depending on previous experience).**
