We are looking for a** DevOps Lead** to be part of our **Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team**.

**Position Snapshot**
- Location: Nespresso Headquarters, Barcelona. Spain.
- Type of Contract: Permanent.
- Type of work: Hybrid
- Work Language: Fluent Business English

**About the Role**

As a central part of the software engineering community, you will bring deep technical expertise and knowledge to the product team, being part of the technical reference team for DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines including security steps. You will guide and promote optimal use of process and technology to support the cost-effective delivery of business requirements within the area of expertise.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Lead the creation of Proof of Concepts for new tools and new steps in the templated CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD related issues, working closely with the delivery teams to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements and automation opportunities.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in DevOps.

**Who You Are**
- Effectively communicates in English and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2-3 years working as a DevOps engineer, and 1-2 years as a technical lead.
- Deep knowledge in the implementation of complex CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Experience in the usage of automation tools, with strong emphasis on Github actions.
- Cloud expertise, including previous experience creating CI/CD pipelines for Cloud components.

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Are passionate for technology and software development and can bridge technical and non-technical populations in a large organization.
- Have experiences working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Groovy.
- Experience with Configuration management tools like Ansible.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
