Within the Legal and Compliance Team, you will give support to the team in the following areas:
**Prevention of Money Laundering**
- Identification of clients and users
- Analysis of alerts generated by the system
- Support to the team in the development of the prevention tool
- Support to the team in the construction of reports to the supervisory authority (SEPBLAC)
**Regulatory**
- Analysis of the regulation applicable to the type of company and business activity
- Preparation of reports on specific topics (strong authentication, crypto-assets, etc.)
**Corporate/Contract**
- Review of deeds, minutes, etc. Monitoring of documentation and commercial obligations
**Profile and skills required**:
- Applicants must be pursuing a Law or Business university degree (or related area of study).
- Interested in working for a regulated company (Unnax is not a law firm)
- Interested in understanding the operational aspects of a regulated company
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis of complex information
- Ability to identify the applied business practice of the topics analyzed
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in Spanish and English, French will be a plus
**Internship conditions**:
- Position based in Barcelona
- Full-time or Part-time internship
