We are looking for a talented and creative Product Lead interested in pushing our understanding and the performance of our in
- app purchase and ads monetisation as a part of the Candy Crush Soda Saga team. You will get the opportunity to be part of a great team, working with an industry leading and genre defining game with millions active players.

**Your role within the Kingdom**:
As a Product Lead in the Monetisation team, you will be working with various stakeholders in a fun, dynamic and fast
- paced environment. You’ll help us to develop our monetisation mechanisms across in
- app purchases and ads to delight our players and grow our business.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Drive the development of the monetisation product strategy and roadmap working closely with Engineering and other cross
- functional colleagues such as UX Design, Game Design, Data Science, UX Research, Marketing, etc.
- Guide product development by understanding player needs/motivations, monetisation opportunity and problem areas within the game and competition insights in order to deliver business value
- Build and lead an outstanding team that fosters innovation on monetisation mechanisms and products as well as processes.
- Define and evaluate key results and performance metrics that inform the success of our products and features.
- Use analytics and quantitative analysis to understand game performance, recommend A/B- test optimizations and provide input for improvements to increase user retention, engagement, and monetisation
- Coordinate and seek alignment towards goals from your team and from internal and external partners. Provide regular or ad
- hoc updates on initiatives and features.

**Experience and capabilities that would suit this role**:

- Product management experience from live products/apps/games in a data
- driven environment
- Experience in building and leading cross
- functional product teams
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
- Capable of conveying a product vision to a range of different audiences
- You’re curious to find out what players like, what makes them stick around, and what encourages them to spend money
- Skeptical and analytical. In a word: scientific
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and a history of supporting data
- informed decisions
- Working in a humble and open manner, with a willingness to both guide and learn from your colleagues
