In Luxinmo Real Estate following the recent expansion of another office in Costa Blanca and with the new restructuring of the company we are looking for an office manager in Altea.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
- Minimum demonstrable experience: 2 years or more in the real estate sector in a similar position.
- Commercial Management experience, having been part of the Management Committee will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage teams with different roles, offices and different business units and ability to solve problems.
- Languages: English, advanced or native, Spanish. Fluency in Dutch, French and German is an advantage.
- Leadership and execution skills, teamwork and coordination.
- Dynamic person, with a high degree of empathy, approachable, persistent and with the ability to organize and manage teams.
**Mission**
- Manage the commercial department of the Altea office with 7 people in charge.
- Forming part of the management committee.
- Management of the department: holidays, people, conflicts, varios...
- Defining sales strategies and marketing control to achieve the objectives.
- Training of new agents.
- Attracting promotions from large developers.
