**DESCRIPTION**

**Dimensions of the role**:
The position is a transversal one encompassing all AXA Partner’s Central Salesforce Organization service European, American, and eventually META region.

Salesforce Technical Architect will report to the head of salesforce guild.

The Salesforce Technical Architect will actively work with the different IT teams, business units and geographies to help them beneficiate from global Salesforce based solutions in order to simplify AXA Partner’s global landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up Architecture Governance for Salesforce design topics.
- Ensure that all Salesforce Standards are respected, and solutions are coherent with the AXA Partners’ target architecture.
- Set up best Salesforce implementation best practices.
- Help projects to identify and reduce their technical debt.
- Create synergies between the multiple Salesforce orgs.
- Create a catalog of AXA Partner’s reusable Salesforce building blocs.
- Define the tools from Salesforce ecosystem to use (ex : Odaseva for Backup, Smartcomm for templates, Infinite Convergence for SMS etc ).
- Help end to end features to be integrated according to the target architecture principles.
- Work with teams and Quality assurance manager to improve quality of the delivery.
- Work with Release Managers to improve quality and efficiency of Release Management.
- Work with Performance Manager to improve performance metrics.
- Work with support teams to set up monitoring alerts for proactive support in case an integration is down.
- Monitor and help team optimize usage of Governor limits.
- Propose new innovative solutions/use cases enabled by Salesforce.
- Contribute to the deployment of Agile practices on all squads in charge of Salesforce based assets.
- Keep always informed of new features and innovations in Salesforce roadmap, identify relevant ones that could bring values and demo it to Business and concerned stakeholders.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Technical/ Functional Knowledge**:

- Significant experience in the design and implementation of complex architecture.
- Very good knowledge of Salesforce (Sales & Service Clouds) and its ecosystem.
- Experience as a Salesforce Architect on Enterprise scale projects, delivering a significant number of solutions with Salesforce products your primary focus.
- Experience with enterprise architecture, master data management, integration patterns, security teams.
- Strong ability to synthesize technology solution for a problem.
- Proven ability to analyse, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.

**Soft skills**:

- Good English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to explain and justify Architectures choices to business and IT and get approval from various stakeholders.
- Leadership capabilities and team spirit.
- Service orientation and customer-oriented mind set.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the evolution of the business.

- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.

**Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience**:

- Master’s degrees of Computer Science or engineering.
- Certified Salesforce System Architect.
- Minimum 5 years implementing Salesforce Solution.
