For our new Designcenter we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged personality as a DesignCenter Manager based in Barcelona, Spain

**Requirements**:
 Studies in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing or Publicity; completed in Spain.

 Business experiences in Wood Industry or surface materials are beneficial

 Excellent management experiences and entrepreneurial behaviour

 Experience in personnel management

 Strong communication skills

 Language skills: fluent in Spanish, Catalan and English

- ** Sales**_
- B2B
- Systematic management of architects, designers and

specifiers
- Negotiations
- Sales control
- Development of Sales of Surface materials / building

materials
- ** Management / Personnel Duties**_
- Recruiting
- Training of staff
- Developing and assessment of staff
- Efficient use of resources
- Supervision of company related DC’s
- Supervision of contractors and suppliers
- ** Procurement**_
- Obtain the best offers from suppliers and contractors
- Price comparison
- Negotiation and contracting
- ** Marketing / Event Management**_
- Establish and permanent control of marketing budget
- Organise local fairs
- Organise specific events
