**Job Description**:

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead and grow the UX Research team, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall goals of the organisation.
- Develop and lead research methodologies that will help to shape the future of our products and services.
- Educate the product team on user and customer-centric strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user insights that will inform our product and service roadmap.
- Conduct user research studies such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests, and analyse data to provide actionable insights.
- Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders to influence decision-making processes.
- Work with the design team to ensure that user research is integrated into the design process.
- Aim for the top. Help the team revamp the entire product from a UI/UX perspective. Help us compete with the best

**Qualifications**:
**Skills and Experience**
- You LOVE observing and analysing people’s behaviour (but you’re not a creep)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- You have humility. We want to work with people who can truly collaborate and help each other.
- English is a must You should be fluent at it.
- Open-minded and hungry for knowledge.
