This opportunity is based in Barcelona, Spain, and may be available for work from a remote office depending on the applicant's location.
- What you'll do- **Product strategy**: Own strategy and execution of full product lifecycle informed by customer and market insights, data analysis, competitive landscape, and company direction.
- ** Customer interactions**: Proactively work with prospects and customers to learn about the problems they are trying to solve, build great relationships, and drive product direction.
- ** Leadership**: Use product strategy to align and partner with cross-functional leaders. Establish credibility and strong working relationships with collaborators across the organization. Lead internal and external product promotion, education, and support.
- ** Outcomes**: Define success metrics for initiatives, use data to drive decisions, and build a culture passionate about outcomes.
- This role requires- 3+ years experience as a product manager for technical B2B SaaS products
- Strong background in product management practices, tools, and frameworks
- Good understanding of DevOps with an understanding of how modern software is built, packaged, deployed, and observed in the Cloud.
- Proven track record of decision-making, balancing business, customer, and partner needs
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead via influence and perseverance, and use data to drive decisions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills that include the ability to clearly articulate business needs and customer problems as a context for collaboration to best solve complex problems
- Comfort in a fast-paced, changing software business environment
