**Role : Senior Technical Architect**
Skills and responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
- Revit or Autocad experience essential
- Experience on site and in particular residential projects
- Good English and Spanish language skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work closely in a small team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a project from concept to completion
- Ability to communicate with all suppliers and trades
- A good understanding of detailing and finishing
- Ability to think independently to solve problems and find solutions
- Strong organizational and relationship skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow items through to completion
- Organisation of schedules and administration for all projects
- Contribution to the development of the Technical Department
- Attending and assisting with project installations
**Salary**: 1,500.00€ - 1,800.00€ per month
