Mis - Customer Planner

**Monroe Intelligent Suspension **(MIS) is one of the brands of Tenneco Advanced Suspension and a key growth driver for its business. The MIS team provides market-leading suspension solutions to renowned original equipment manufacturers of luxury passenger cars in Europe, Asia and North America.

Currently, we are looking for a motivated and experienced** Customer Planner **to join our plant in Ermua, Spain.

**What will you do?**
- Manage your corresponding client portfolio
- Act as interlocutor on behalf of the organization in all aspects related to the supply of shock absorbers
- Preparation of the necessary documentation (customs, invoices)
- Act as interlocutor in communications and management of customer needs
- Manage the correct integration and planning of customer orders
- Analyze and review customer orders, analyze demand and significant changes in it, confirm with the customer and effectively control changes to inform production planning
- Manage possible production incidents and notify deviations, escalating if necessary so as not to impact customers
- Manage incidents:

- Manage the packaging of customer
- Participate in the new launches team in new projects and new references
- Promote and participate in the implementation of improvement projects that are developed in their area of responsibility
- Comply with all company health, safety and environmental regulations
- Participate in the achievement of the different improvement systems of the area and the organization (5S, EHS standards...)

- University degree in Administration, Industrial Technical Engineering etc.
- Analytical capacity and proactivity for continuous improvement
- Knowledge of processes, products, facilities
- Communication and mediation capacity
- Domain of SAP and office automation
- Advanced level English (C1)
